2. Bookings
Appointments are subject to artist availability.
Booking confirmations will be sent via email, WhatsApp, or your concierge.
We reserve the right to decline a booking where necessary.
3. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee.
If an artist becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative or a full refund (where applicable).
4. Payments
Pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.
Payment may be taken in advance or at the time of service.
We do not store payment information on our website.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure they provide accurate information when booking.
Access to the location must be safe and appropriate for the service being delivered.
6. Liability
We are not liable for:
Any allergies or sensitivities not disclosed in advance.
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Third-party platforms, including WhatsApp or hotel booking systems.
Our artists are fully insured and trained to the highest standards.
