  • Booking confirmations will be sent via email, WhatsApp, or your concierge.

  • We reserve the right to decline a booking where necessary.

3. Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee.

  • If an artist becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative or a full refund (where applicable).

4. Payments

  • Pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Payment may be taken in advance or at the time of service.

  • We do not store payment information on our website.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure they provide accurate information when booking.

  • Access to the location must be safe and appropriate for the service being delivered.

We are not liable for:

  • Any allergies or sensitivities not disclosed in advance.

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

  • Third-party platforms, including WhatsApp or hotel booking systems.
